Postage and Packing
The delivery charge for the UK Mainland is £4.95 via Royal Mail Standard Parcels or £7.50 with FedEx UK (next day delivery provided the order is received before 12 noon) either of these rates are chosen at the checkout point. Postage to The Highlands, Islands and Overseas please contact us via telephone 01460 240160 or by e-mail at which stage a quote can be obtained.

Delivery
Our orders are usually despatched to you within 3 working days. However, should an item be out of stock we will advise you by return and can either arrange to forward it to you as soon as it is in stock again, or give you a full refund.

Returns policy
We are certain that you will be delighted with your purchases. However, if you wish to return a purchase because you are unhappy with it or it is unsuitable or you have changed your mind, we offer a 30-day no quibble money back guarantee together with the standard manufactures guarantee. Simply return it to us in the original undamaged packaging within 30 working days and we will be happy to replace it or give a full refund. The item is your responsibility until it has reached us (a registered delivery service is advised) along with the cost of its return.

In the unlikely event of faulty toys, please contact us immediately. Goods need to be returned to us for an exchange or refund. Please note that we can only arrange a refund of postage where the goods are faulty.

Tax Charges
All our prices include VAT at the standard U.K rate.

Payment
All credit and debit card payments are made via our secure site through World Pay. If you prefer, please telephone us and we can arrange to take your order and payment over the telephone. It is also possible to fax us your order (details can be found in contact us). You can also forward your order by post and enclose a cheque (made payable to Hurcott Toys) but of course goods will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared.

Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Absolutely no information will be passed to any third party and all of your details will only be used regarding the current request or order. This information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will not e-mail or contact you through any other method in the future unless we have your prior consent.
